Seven Card Stud rules
Make the best five-card hand from the seven cards you get, some of them face up for everyone to see. There is no board.
How a hand goes
- 1Everyone posts an ante. You get two cards face down and one face up.
- 2The lowest face-up card must bring it in (a small forced bet), and betting goes on from there.
- 3Fourth, fifth and sixth street: one more face-up card each, then betting. From fourth street, the best hand showing acts first.
- 4Seventh street: a last card face down, a final betting round, then the best five of your seven cards wins.

Good to know
- Watch the open cards: if the cards you need are showing in other hands, they are gone.
- Fixed Limit: small bets on third and fourth street, big bets after that.
